Delivery Times

Orders placed before 4pm UK time are dispatched the same day. Orders after 4pm are dispatched the following working day. Once shipped, UK delivery takes 2–3 working days with Tracked 48, or next working day with Tracked 24.

Shipping Costs

•  Orders under £20: £3.65 for Royal Mail Tracked 48

•  Orders of £20 and over: Free Royal Mail Tracked 48

•  Next day delivery (Tracked 24): £4.99

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We want every customer to be happy with their Huff order. If you need to return something for any reason, here’s how it works.

Normal Returns (outside the 30-day money-back guarantee)

You can return unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of return postage. Opened flavour cores cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to request a return

Email us at hello@huffair.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll approve it, send you the UK return address, and guide you through the process.

What to include when returning

Pack the item securely in its original box, include a note with your full name and order number. We would recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. This covers the product price only. If you paid a delivery charge when placing your order, we do not refund it, nor the return postage cost.

If the issue is on our end

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return postage and send a prepaid label so you don’t pay anything.

Your legal rights

This policy fully respects your rights under UK law. If you change your mind within 14 days and the item is completely unused and unopened, you can also return it under the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
